HOW TO PLAY?

Side Order develops and masters the identification of 2D shapes and ordering values. The aim of the maths games is to count the number of sides in each shape shown on the slides. You will need to order these values collected in your head into ascending or descending order to master these shape games and become a MyMiniMaths Champion.

HINTS & STRATEGIES FOR ADDITION GAMES
  • Count the number of sides in a shape and keep in order as you move through the different shapes.
  • Try and keep a count of how many of each shape is included.
  • With 8 slides – try and remember the order in 2 blocks of 4.
  • With 10 slides – try and remember the order in 2 blocks of 5.
